Uptime Software Inc. ("Uptime") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains collection of information, ways information is used, how information is stored and how information can be changed or deleted by the user on the Uptime web site (the "Site").

In order to evaluate the Uptime software and download our products we require the following information: first and last name, company name, country, telephone number and valid company e-mail address.
If you choose to post information on our Site or maintain e-mail or telephone contact with us we may retain such information also.
