Chris Knowles

Chris Knowles is a Solutions Architect with uptime software. An international man of mystery, Chris spent a large percentage of his career delivering data center management consulting internationally to large enterprises, as well as practicing what he preached managing a mission critical UNIX infrastructure. He now helps medium and large size enterprises in their systems monitoring and capacity management.

David Leith writes about ITSM, technology and client services based on his experience managing the Client Services team at uptime.



Pete Bevin

Pete Bevin has run the software development initiative at uptime software since 2005 and has managed software development teams for over 10 years. Outside work, his interests include long distance running, yoga, and facilitating online support groups for cancer patients.
