		<description>Although I do not work for Uptime (I do know Alex and have worked with him and for him in the past), I&#039;ll gladly go on record saying this post is true.  Alex is a stand-up guy, and working with them was a lot of fun.  If you want to work for an company as described in this post, then you definitely want to apply.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It is nice to see companies that encourage and promote working environments like this.  It is a great change from old corporate culture, and makes coming into work something to look forward to.  It is why I have been where I am for 4 years now.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;-mike.</description>
